Pursuing the "Perfect" Body + Protecting your Passions from Insecurity | Jacquilyne Keene

Jacquilyne Keene was born in Northern California, but has been a Texan now for over 10 years. She is 26 years old, loves Jesus, has been married to the love of my life for almost 4 years, and have recently started pursuing my passion in health and fitness as my career. Jacqui loved health and fitness since she was 19, and has had my ups and downs in her journey, but has learned so much through my experience and now wants to help other women navigate the craziness as well…thus, Honeycomb Training came to be. Outside of health and fitness, she loves her family, her bunny named Bunny, her community, adventure, pizza, and laughing until she almost pees her pants. In this episode, we cover why the pursuit of the “perfect body” shouldn’t exist, and how to choose recovery and joy getting back into the gym. This one is for all the recovering athletes and gym girlies that want to have healthy confidence in their body stewardship!
