Be Wiser Together: 10 Ways to Offer More Love to Others in Suffering | Reyna Wilson

We’re so excited to share this next season of life with y’all, and kick off this new mini series called Be Wiser Together. Our TTC and pregnancy journey has had many ups and downs so far, but we are hopeful and looking forward to share more of our story. For this episode, I wanted to highlight some of the most loving and some unloving things we’ve learned or experienced along the way. If you have some of your own nuggets of wisdom to add to this episode, please connect and share! This way we can all learn to be a little wiser together!

Episode Highlights:

  • 5 do’s and 5 don’ts to love others in hard seasons

  • Asking “do you want my advice or want me to listen?”

  • Anything after the words “at least…”

  • What do you need?

  • Being present is powerful

  • Show up anyway

  • Don’t give your opinion or experience right away

  • “Count your blessings” is not a blessing

  • Avoid making it “Christianese”

  • Keep calm and carry on is not loving

  • Don’t compare hards
